Cancellation Policy

We understand that life gets crazy. If a cancellation is necessary, we require you to cancel your appointment MORE THAN 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time to avoid any fees.

Please keep in mind that as we are doing our best to accommodate multiple schedules, last minute changes/cancellations have heavy impacts. If you reschedule your appointment before the 24 hour window, there will be no fee.

If you cancel or are a no-show to your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, you will be billed 50% of the service fee. If you reschedule within the 24 hour period of your service time, you will be billed 25% of the service fee.
